I still can’t believe Liam is no longer with us. I miss our chats by the pump as I walked past his allotment. When my brother got his plot, Liam was the committee chair. He welcomed us both so warmly and genuinely. His guidance was invaluable, and he went above and beyond to help us pass our probationary period, which could have been a real challenge.
I’ll truly miss his witty banter and our little chats. He was a champion for those who couldn’t speak for themselves at the AGM meetings, and that’s what made him so special.
My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. Please know that Liam made a huge difference to many people on the allotments, and he will be deeply missed. Plot 205 will always hold special memories of him for me.
